FUNCTIONING OF CORRECTIONAL LABOR INSTITUTIONS IN THE TOMSK REGION (1953-1964)

چکیده
The activity of correctional labor institutions in the Tomsk Region 1953-1964 was subjected to certain changes caused by alteration domestic policy. In general, Soviet penitentiary system remained unchanged, priority fulfillment production tasks, carrying out activities aimed at criminals’ reformation, and raising their educational level. regime detention, health living conditions inmates were inspected on a regular basis.
